Although there aren't any mandatory prerequisites, you will get a lot more from the course if you have already hold the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) & ISTQB CTFL-Agile Tester Certificates - as this course will not cover the fundamentals and terminology of Testing and Agile. The ISTQB Foundation Level Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) certification provides the key testing skills necessary to successfully contribute to an Agile project. Certified Tester Agile Test Leadership at Scale (CT-ATLaS)
The ISTQB Agile Test Leadership at Scale (CT-ATLaS) certification focuses on how to organize and improve quality and testing across multiple teams in an agile organization. It also covers how to approach quality and testing at a strategic level in order to achieve higher business agility in an organization. CT-ATLaS covers how to scale testing and quality assurance efforts by fostering a quality mindset and culture across the organization. This includes shifting from a traditional test management approach typically used in sequential development models to a quality assistance approach which builds on Lean and Agile principles and values. It also includes how to adopt common Lean and Agile techniques and processes for analyzing and solving problems and how to use them to improve testing and quality in the organization.
CU Cloud Test Practitioner
The cloud has changed the way applications are hosted and tested. The CU Cloud Test Practitioner (CTP) certification course focuses on essential cloud characteristics and cloud specific tests that a tester needs to know. The certification itself is independent of any specific cloud provider; however, hands-on excercises will be performed on several of these providers. A certified Cloud Test Practitioner will be able to perform various types of cloud specific tests and also understand the differences between testing the cloud and testing apps on the cloud. The course doesn't teach basics of general testing as it is expected that the examinee has that knowledge.
The Indian Testing Board (ITB) is the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)- approved national board for India. ITB is responsible for the "ISTQB-Certified-Tester" Certification in India.
